This was BCB's first major construction and the results impressed many. These large 3 bedroom townhouses sold immediately once hitting the market with buyers impressed with the high end fittings and fixtures.

Hawthorne - 3 townhouses constructed
​

These 3 executive townhouse were embraced by the market and all 3 sold within the first week! High end finishes meant they were fought for by the many prospective buyers.

Norman Park - major renovation and strata title

This beautiful home and 2 townhouses needed a lot of love to capitalise on their enviable location. This whole project took under 4 months to complete.
